Exception Reporting

Exception reporting in the NHS is a formal, digital mechanism used by doctors and dentists in training to report when their actual work differs from their agreed, contracted work schedule. It allows trainees to log extra hours (for pay or time off) and missed training opportunities, ensuring patient safety, fair pay, and manageable workloads.
